Substitution Policy:

In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you`ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Delivery Policy:

A local delivery fee ranging from 6.50 to 10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. We will call you if the delivery charge needs to changed.) Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, Saturday before noon to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. Deliveries are most often made from late morning to mid afternoon. We do give special attention to deliveries to schools as they often leave earlier in the day. If your order has a special delivery requirement please call to ensure we can accommodate it. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Please be sure to provide up with an accurate phone number for the recipient, this is very important. We use this number when the recipient does not answer the door, which is surprisingly often. If the recipient is not home, we will call them to see if there is a safe place to leave the item or set up a time to re-deliver. We will call the recipient to make sure someone is home if it in some of our surrounding villages or if the weather demands it. We highly discourage requests by the customer to leave arrangements on a doorstep, porch, by the door or any other location with out speaking to the recipient. The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave the arrangement. If you do not sign your card and the recipient should call us asking us who sent them the flowers, we will give them the name of the person who placed the order. We will only give the information to the recipient unless they are a minor and then we will give the information to a parent or guardian.

We deliver to all of Gowanda, Collins, Collins Center, North Collins, Langford, Village of Springville, Lawtons, Irving, Silver Creek, Versailles, Perrysburg, Dayton and South Dayton. Some of the our lying areas do have rural delivery charges. Call us regarding deliveries to Cherry Creek, Forestville and Cattaraugus.
